Situation

The company was interested in generative AI but struggled to translate it into concrete use in daily work and to make it stick. What was needed went beyond adopting a tool: sustained use on the ground and a structure for training staff.

What agitoy handled

From the earliest stage of adoption, agitoy handled the work end to end — building models for how each department would use AI in its work, creating internal training materials and setting up operations. We worked closely with the teams, focused on making it stick in real use.

What we did

• Designed AI-assisted workflows by task, such as proposal writing and FAQ responses
• Planned, produced and ran training materials and workshops for staff
• Established usage guidelines and tool operation rules

Team and cadence

• Weekly hands-on workshops to drive adoption
• Monthly reviews to measure results and design the next phase
• Hands-on involvement including cross-departmental needs assessment and coordination

Outcomes

AI use took hold at the level of how work is designed, not just as a tool. Staff literacy in practical use rose, and a self-sustaining cycle of improvement has begun.
