Case Study | Sports and Lifestyle Goods Trading Company | Integrating E-commerce, Advertising and CRM Across Brands, In-house

Situation
With several brands under management, initiatives had become dependent on individuals and advertising and CRM lacked consistency across brands. E-commerce operations on Shopify were analyzed and improved ad hoc, and know-how was not accumulating in the in-house team.
What agitoy handled
agitoy handled marketing from overall design through operations, across brands: the analytics foundation with GA4 and DPA advertising, CRM through newsletters and social media, and structural improvements to the e-commerce site. In parallel, we built the structure and trained the team so the work could be brought in-house.
What we did
- Behavioral analysis with GA4 and redesign of conversion points
- Improved DPA ad operations and designed budget allocation
- Social media strategy and hands-on posting
- Newsletter design and delivery templates
- UI improvements and path optimization on the e-commerce site
Team and cadence
- Weekly meetings to review each brand's issues and initiatives
- A monthly cross-brand meeting to align overall progress and strategy
- Day-to-day chat for immediate response to operational questions
- Analysis materials and operating manuals as needed
Outcomes
A cross-brand operating structure brought advertising, CRM and e-commerce operations into step. Running fast PDCA cycles alongside the execution team raised both the precision and the repeatability of initiatives. With know-how transferred to the in-house team, advertising and marketing can now be run and improved internally.
